DareElevate ("we", "us") operates dareelevate.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep it short and honest — the same way we run everything else.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name (optional), email address, business type (optional), and message — so we can reply to you.
• Free guide download: your email address — so we can send you the guide and occasional follow-up emails about lead follow-up and AI automation.
• Booking a call: handled by Calendly on their platform, under Calendly's privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
• We do not send spam. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe, honored immediately.

How your data is handled

Form submissions are stored on our hosting provider's servers (Hostinger) and transactional emails are delivered through Resend, our email delivery provider. Access is limited to the founder. We keep submissions only as long as needed to serve you.

Cookies

The public website does not set tracking cookies. Essential cookies are used only for administrative login areas that visitors never interact with.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete any information we hold about you. Email support@dareelevate.com and we'll action it within a few business days — no forms, no runaround.
