DareElevate is operated by Iqbal Singh ("we", "us") and runs dareelevate.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how we handle it.
It covers this website only. When DareElevate runs a front desk for a clinic, how callers' information is handled is set out in our written agreement with that clinic.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), type of business, and message, so we can reply. We also record the time and your IP address, which we use to block spam and repeated submissions.
- Booking a call: handled by Calendly on their platform, under Calendly's privacy policy.
- Emails you send us: your email address and whatever you choose to include, so we can reply.
- Earlier website forms: if you previously downloaded our free guide or used an earlier version of our contact form, we hold the details you gave us (such as your name, email address, business type, and message) to reply and follow up.
The questions box and the estimator on our homepage
The "Questions?" box gives pre-written answers and runs entirely in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us or to anyone else. If you choose "Email Harry this question", your own email app opens with the question filled in, and nothing is sent until you send it.
The estimator also runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent or stored anywhere.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
- If you'd like us to stop emailing you, reply and say so, and we will.
How your information is handled
Form submissions are stored on our hosting provider's servers (Hostinger), and emails are delivered through Resend, our email delivery provider. Access is limited to the founder. We keep submissions only as long as we need them to reply to you and follow up.
Cookies
The public pages of this website don't set cookies. Essential cookies are used only in the administrative login area, which visitors never use.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email harry@dareelevate.com and we'll act on it within a few business days.
Third-party services we rely on
- Calendly, for call scheduling
- Resend, for email delivery
- Hostinger, for website hosting
- Google Fonts, for typography on our blog pages (your browser requests font files from Google's servers)
