These terms govern the use of dareelevate.com and the services provided by DareElevate. By engaging our services, you agree to them. We've written them in plain English on purpose.

What we provide

DareElevate designs, builds, and maintains AI automation systems for businesses — including AI voice agents, chatbots, workflow automation, CRM integrations, lead nurture systems, and AI video ad creatives. The exact scope of your engagement is defined during the discovery call and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Billing

• All plans are billed monthly, in advance. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Add-ons (such as AI video ads) are billed alongside your plan.

The delivery guarantee

We commit to delivering a functional system within 14 days of the discovery call, provided we receive the access and information needed to build it. If we miss that timeline for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of your first month's payment.

Ownership

At handover, all accounts, API keys, workflows, and system access created for your project are transferred to you. You own 100% of the system we build. If you end the engagement, everything keeps working and stays yours.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, timely access to the tools we need to integrate, and prompt feedback during the build.
• Use the systems we build in compliance with the laws that apply to your business — including telephone, messaging, and data protection regulations in your market.
• Third-party subscription costs (e.g., CRM plans, telephony minutes) in accounts you own are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Limitations

We build systems that respond to leads fast and reliably, but we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes — results depend on your offer, market, and follow-through. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.

Governing law

DareElevate operates from India and serves clients internationally. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith by direct communication with the founder.
