These terms govern the use of dareelevate.com and the services provided by DareElevate, which is operated by Iqbal Singh. By engaging our services, you agree to them. We've written them in plain English on purpose.

What we provide

DareElevate provides a managed front desk service for aesthetic and cosmetic clinics, delivered with AI call-answering software. It answers the calls the clinic's team can't get to, during opening hours and after them; books consultations during the call; captures callers' name, number, treatment interest and preferred time; logs every call, including the ones that didn't book; sends patients a confirmation by text; and provides a monthly report. A named person configures the service around your clinic, reads the call logs, reviews it with you monthly, and updates it when your hours, treatments or staff change. The exact scope of your engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Fees and billing

Fees, billing frequency, any setup costs, and cancellation terms are set out in your written agreement before work begins. Nothing on this website is an offer at a particular price.

Setup and go-live

The expected go-live date is confirmed in writing before work begins. It depends on us receiving the access and information we need to set the system up.

Your clinic's information

Caller details and call records we handle for your clinic are used only to provide the service to your clinic. How they're stored, and for how long, is set out in your written agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, the access we need to set the system up, and prompt feedback while we do.
• Use the service in line with the laws that apply to your business, including telephone, messaging, and data protection rules in your market.
• Third-party costs, such as your phone carrier's charges, are your responsibility unless your written agreement says otherwise.
• Clinical advice, patient consent, and the advertising rules for your treatments remain your clinic's responsibility. The service is set up to give no diagnosis, treatment advice or price quotes.

Limitations

We work to keep your front desk running well, but we don't guarantee specific booking or revenue outcomes. Results depend on your clinic, your market, and your call volume. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.

Governing law

DareElevate operates from India and serves clients internationally. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith by direct communication with the founder.
